Traffic Offense License Suspension

Be wary, drivers. RCW 46.20.2892 has been in effect since for over a year and it creates a license suspension regime for obtaining a certain number of traffic violations and/or moving violations within certain timeframes.

Under RCW 46.20.2892 (under the May 2025 rendition of the statute), your license will be suspended for 60 days for obtaining three traffic violations and/or moving violations in one year or four violations in two years.
